All warranties offered with our extensive collections are the product warranties offered and fulfilled by the individual product manufacturers. As an online shop and distribution liaison for the different manufacturers represented by our available products, VastMarket.com and our related websites provide information regarding the expressed warranties offered by each product manufacturer. No other warranties or guarantees of any kind are implied, offered, or promised from our websites. Product warranties are addressed by the individual manufacturing companies and problems with products that fall within warranty coverage and timeline should be brought to the attention of the specific company or manufacturer for repair or replacement, depending on warranty terms. All warranty information is provided with the items delivered.

Bids, Quotes, and Quantity Purchases

Colors, Materials, and Finish Options

As with all products available through online stores, colors may vary depending on computer screen resolution, computer monitor quality, color settings, and variations between online customers. Color samples are available upon request, at no extra charge, and our qualified customer service team is always happy to help with color and product selection.

Return Policy

All returns are expected within 30 days of receipt. Receipt of items ordered may vary depending on location, type and size of items, and shipping selection when offered. For this reason we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your items are received and this date is verified through shipment tracking.

Restocking fees and freight shipping charges may apply to some returns, which will be explained to the customer at the time s/he calls to process a return. No unauthorized returns are accepted; to return an item, contact our customer service team to set up return shipping and to ensure your returned items are prepared in a way that credits your purchase.

Some of our premium-quality product lines come custom-built for each order and custom-built items are excluded from this return policy. All custom-built items are clearly marked “non-returnable” and as always, please call our customer service team at 847-731-5000 between 7am and 6pm Monday through Friday for questions or telephone orders.

Cancelling Orders

To cancel an order, a written statement of cancellation must be provided and the official order cancellation requires signature authorization from qualified Vast Market staff. If an order is cancelled after the distributing manufacturer has processed the shipment, individual manufacturer cancellation charges may apply. Orders cancelled after the order has shipped will be subject to additional freight or shipping charges and restocking charges. Exact charges will be calculated at the time of cancellation.

Shipping Information and Time Schedule

Our products cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO military shipping addresses, or to foreign international addresses. We ship to U.S. street addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Delivery charges are prepaid by Vast Market and these prepaid charges will be added to your order invoice. All products are shipped F.O.B. destination, unless specified otherwise. Contact our customer service team for shipping price quotes and shipping estimates. Additional delivery fees may include, but are not limited to, 24-hour notice, liftgate services, or inside delivery. Depending on address location and shipping needs, additional charges may apply.

“Free Shipping” is offered on some items that are clearly marked as having free shipping. Items that do not specify “free shipping” will be subject to a shipping and delivery charge. The shipping timeline will vary depending on location, item availability, number of items in your full order, shipping company, manufacturer location in relation to destination, as well as traffic, nature, seasonal conditions, and weather conditions. Our customer service team is happy to provide a shipping and delivery estimate, but this should be understood as an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery.

Receiving Your Order

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Upon delivery, take care to note any discrepancies or damages to your products and mark the discrepancies and/or damages on your receipt BEFORE signing. Carefully inspect all containers, opening each to ensure all items are present and accounted for and to ensure no items are damaged. If damage is found on the items, or on any single item within an order, you are within your customer right to refuse the item and mark the receipt “DAMAGED and REFUSED.” Additional charges may apply if you refuse any item for reason other than damage.

If you accept the delivery of any damaged items, save ALL inner packaging and ALL boxes or cartons. Contact our sales team immediately upon finding damaged items. Vast Market and most shipping freight companies require damage or loss claims to be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Failure to report damaged or lost items within this time frame results in the waiving of insurance claim on the order.

If you discover your package is missing pieces while you assemble any items that require assembling, contact our customer service team and replacement parts will be shipped as soon as possible.

Credit Policy

Vast Market retains the right to extend credit at will to any customer and likewise retains the right to refuse credit to any customer. Contact our customer service team for information regarding opening a line of credit with Vast Market and/or our related websites.

Delinquent Account Policy

If credit is opened, customer is subject to a monthly service fee of 1.25% or 15% per annum on unpaid balances. Any customer with a delinquent credit account will also be billed the costs of collections of monies owed and reasonable attorney fees for any legal actions required to collect on the debt. All information regarding credit delinquency will be provided at the time a positive credit line decision is made for the individual customer.

Customer Agreement to Terms

As a Confession of Judgment, the customer hereby irrevocably authorizes representation from any attorney representative of any Court of Record to appear on said customer’s behalf in such Court if the customer’s credit account becomes delinquent and is not paid when due and this appointed attorney may confess judgment, without process, in favor of Vast Market for the amount that appears to be due and unpaid thereon, together with reasonable collection costs and reasonable attorney fees. The customer irrevocably authorizes this attorney representative to waive and release all errors which may disrupt such court proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon court judgment thus ratifying and confirming the stipulations agreed upon by the attorney representative. All legal matters concerning this order shall be understood in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. The customer agrees to submit to the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois for any and all legal action. The customer further waives his/her right to a trial by jury thus a judge will decide upon any and all legal proceedings.

Sales Taxes

Vast Market does not collect sales tax outside of Illinois unless required by law. Illinois state sales tax of 7% will be added to orders shipped to Illinois locations. If your organization is tax-exempt, include a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your order or contact our experienced customer sales team for more information at 847-731-5000 from 7am to 6pm CST Monday through Friday.

Website Errors, Typos, Issues, Inconsistencies, or Inaccuracies

VastMarket.com and related websites offer an extensive array of products numbering in the thousands. Effort has been made to provide accurate product information and descriptions to the best of our abilities, but occasionally a typo, error, or mistake may arise in a product listing. If you notice something on the website that appears inaccurate, inconsistent, or just not right, please notify us at your earliest convenience.

Measures have been taken to provide accurate images with each product listed as well as detailed item descriptions, however human error may present an overlooked typo or mistake and occasionally product lines change and information becomes outdated before we can correct it. Please notify us immediately if there are changes needed for your order.
